I work full time at Boston University while concurrently pursuing my Master's of Elementary Education. I have experience teaching a tutoring a variety of subjects for students in the elementary grades through college. I currently work full time in EMS education. A good educator can lead a student to the correct answer, but a great educator can give a student the tools they need to arrive at the correct answer by themselves. My approach is to determine what a student already knows, ensure a solid foundation up to that point, and design lessons with achievable goals in an incremental fashion to boost a student's knowledge and confidence in their ability to learn.
