I began volunteering in various elementary schools around Orlando to help students harness their confidence and knowledge. The most rewarding part of tutoring a student is when I see their eyes light up and they understand the concept they have been struggling with. Throughout my tutoring and teaching experiences I have learned various ways to keep my students engaged and excited about learning. I have experience with Common Core and Singapore Math. Outside of teaching, I enjoy staying active by attending boot camps, running, and reading.
