I am a certified Special Education teacher and Behavior Therapist. I enjoy seeing my students have fun learning, which I believe is key to academic success! A little bit about me. . . I am originally from Ridgewood, New Jersey, attended Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA and then moved to Nashville to pursue my M.Ed at Vanderbilt University. Nashville has become my home over the past 4 years and I absolutely love the energy of the city and have made wonderful friends and connections here. My upbeat personality, years of experience working with children and strong organizational skills make me a strong tutor. Furthermore, my background in psychology and Special Education allow me to differentiate instruction, decrease anxiety, and employ positive behavior supports to ensure that the students I work with are successful in all realms of their studies. When I am not working, I enjoy taking my dog for walks, attending shows and making jewelry.
