About Me

I received my Bachelor's Degree in mathematics from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. I then joined the New York City Teaching Fellows Program and have earned my Master's of Science in Education from St. John's University, Queens, NY.I have worked tutoring middle school students in Mathematics. Mathematics is my favorite subject to tutor because I enjoy developing new ways for students to learn. My teaching philosophy is that all children should be taught in ways that complement their individual learning styles. Therefore, as I tutor, I will continue to utilize multiple teaching styles in order to help all children to grasp the various topics.
