I specialize in areas of transition from high school to college, such as math, research, and writing, as well as college test prep (ACT/SAT and Application Essays), but I also have experience in more specific areas as well. To me, the most important aspects of helping students to learn are to be flexible and adaptable to each individual. It is also important to be communicative and expressive for each concept, and to add in a little humor or personality to every lesson to keep boredom from taking control. Though my passion is education, I am trained and experienced as an attorney with emphasis on persuasive writing, research skills, and public speaking in various subject matters. I certainly bring those skills to my students' lessons.
