About Me

I am hoping to pursue a degree in International Business soon. I have experience teaching Texas History, U.S. History, World Geography, AP Human Geography, and AP Psychology in both charter and public schools. I also have experience tutoring Mathematics at Sylvan Learning Center and Test Prep as a career coach for a non-profit organization. I am available to tutor a diverse selection of subjects from math, social studies, test prep, and Advanced Placement to students from all age groups. I tend to favor Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, AP Human Geography, U.S. History, and European History. I love helping our youth and I am passionate about learning and the possibilities that it can open up for them. I believe in building strong personal relationships with students, discovering what motivates them, what doesn't, and how they actually feel about their own learning. I was born and raised in Louisiana and love going back home for family, festivals, and, of course, football! I also enjoy yoga, running, volunteering with dogs and horses, trying new restaurants, listening to music, dancing, taking photos, and traveling.
