About Me

As a teacher, I believe that every student has the ability to learn and I am passionate about helping students reach their goals. I love teaching and studying all areas of English, including literature, writing and language development. I have taught English and AP Art History at the high school level and also currently teach AP Language and Composition and American Literature. I am excited to work with students who have diverse abilities and interests. My most rewarding tutoring experience has been working with international students who come to the United States to study and learn English. I believe I can help with all areas of language development, from emerging to proficient. Learning is a lifelong process and I would be eager to work with students of any age or experience.
