I'm Lorenzo! I'm a rising senior at the University of Pennsylvania studying engineering and education. Teaching has been a lifelong passion and in school I am a part of multiple tutoring organizations in the Philadelphia area. I am passionate about math and science (especially computer science), as they form a basis of thinking that can help in every other subject. I also thoroughly enjoy teaching Writing, English, and History because their applications are so useful in the real world. Other than my abilities, I bring positive energy and attitude that is great for any student.

I am currently a college student studying nursing. I have tutored students since 8th grade and I am thrilled to be able to help students who, like me, sometimes don't understand all the complicated stuff school throws at you! It doesn't annoy me at all if you don't get it the first (or second, or third) time because then we are challenged to find new ways of understanding the subject and, yes, I think that is fun!

I am a graduate student at the University of New Mexico in the Nanoscience and Microsystems Engineering program. I finished my Master's degree at the University of Colorado, where I was a teaching assistant in the Physics Department. I love teaching students and sparking passion for math and science that I feel. I love working with different learning styles and finding the approach that works best for each student.

I am a graduate of a top university in perceptual psychology, and currently work in the field. I have many years of experience tutoring, both in university settings as well as elementary through high-school education. I primarily tutor student in English, Writing, and Psychology, but I also have extensive experience in the Social Sciences. I have also gotten the opportunity to help students who have English as a second language, where I currently edit academic papers for those wishing to publish. I believe that incorporating real world examples is the best way to understand the material.

I am Shreeya Moolamalla, and I am a freshman at Vanderbilt University planning to study either Neuroscience or Biomedical Engineering. I have tutored children from elementary math to Geometry since I was a 9th graders in High School as part of an organization called Tutoring By Two, which I became the middle school department head of my senior year of high school as well. In addition to that, I have started my own non profit organization where I bring education and help teach children with neurodiversity, health concerns, etc. math and other subjects. In fact, I even created my own website to teach math for autistic individuals in my community while I was in high school. As I know I might be younger, I have lots of experience working with children and my primary goal is not only to make the subject I am teaching understandable, but also enjoyable. I make sure every tutor meeting is filled with energy and interactive activities that help reach the goals for your child!

I am able to have the most profound impact on those I work with to be the most worthwhile. As a tutor it is my goal to do more than simply help students succeed in a certain class. I strive to help students obtain the confidence and drive to succeed throughout their entire academic careers.
