I am a graduate of Western Governor's University. I hold a master's degree in nursing with a concentration in nursing education. I started my educational journey at Jamestown Community College, after which I sat for the NCLEX examination in New York State. Following my successful passing of the NCLEX examination, I began my career in healthcare. I have a variety of healthcare experience in both in hospital settings and out of hospital settings. I have experience in long term care, acute care, cardiology, management/leadership, and clinical instruction.I am passionate about precepting and mentoring nursing students, providing individual tutoring and providing clinical instruction to freshmen nursing students. College hit me like a truck when I wasnt looking, not cool. As many of you know life isnt about how people gain materialistic items, or how so and so can read and write is about the drive that separates us from one to another. My name is MaryJane! I am a physics and chemistry major finishing my senior year of undergrad. After graduation, I plan to pursue a graduate degree in biomedical engineering.

I moved to the US in 2011 and shortly afterwards taught Western Civilization to 1500 to undergraduates at the University of Notre Dame as a teaching assistant. I worked one-on-one with many students to help them succeed in the class. Since then, I have worked in various positions in higher education and have, at the same time, taken undergraduate coursework in multiple areas of Psychology, as well as in Statistics, and Conflict Transformation Studies. I am now enrolled as a student at Adler University working towards an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As such, I tutor these subjects at the high school and college level (including AP and CLEP, where applicable): History (World, American, European), Literature, English Composition, Psychology, World/Western Civilization, general writing and essay composition, and other humanities subjects.
