LSAT Tutoring review by Max in Warwick, RI
Today we worked on reviewing some reading comprehension and logical reasoning sections that the student had completed. We specifically focused on changing the way that she approaches and thinks about each problem set. In particular, I encouraged her to think in more abstract terms on her first read through for reading comprehension, rather than trying to focus in on all of the details.

LSAT Tutoring review by Elizabeth in Warwick, RI
We covered linear logic games. We went into division and stacking linear games as well as other types of evolved linear games. One thing we focused on was how to set up the problems so as to facilitate the logic game. The student became very quick at setting up the games. However, we need to focus on finding more contrapositives and inferences in the future. We also are going to go into "if, then" problems in the future. She is going to take a practice test this week before we meet again Friday so we can see how she does with timing.

LSAT Tutoring review by Brian in Warwick, RI
Very strong preptest with a 166! The most challenging section remains RC at -7. As there's no substitute for drilling for this section - more drilling is needed. I still recommend memory method at this point, with a switch to "test mode" drills in another week or so. We studied an offshoot of grouping logic games (defined unbalanced) and some more LR question types. I'll send along another preptest for an evaluation before the next session - will again schedule through email. Great job!
