Hi! My name is Ahnaya, and I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have over six years of experience working with kids, including two years as a tutor for elementary and middle school students. Through these experiences, I've learned how to adapt my teaching style to different learning needs, making lessons both understandable and engaging.
Tutoring is meaningful to me because I believe that learning should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I enjoy breaking down challenging concepts into simple steps and helping students connect what they're learning to the real world. Whether it's chemistry, math, or general study skills, my goal is to help students grow in both confidence and knowledge.
