As a dedicated educator with a Doctorate in Comparative Literature from Purdue University, I have over 5 years of tutoring experience across diverse subjects, including ACT English, AP English Language and Composition, and Creative Writing. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to express their ideas and creativity. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet each student's unique needs, using engaging methods that inspire a love for learning. My passion for teaching stems from witnessing students achieve their academic goals and develop confidence in their abilities. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring poetry and languages, which enrich my teaching and connect me with my students on multiple levels.
