Certified Tutor

I am currently pursuing degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I have a deep love for problem-solving and logical thinking, and I find great fulfillment in helping others develop confidence in subjects that often feel intimidating. My tutoring experience spans peer support in college-level math courses and informal academic mentoring, where I've had the privilege of guiding students through topics from foundational algebra all the way to advanced calculus and linear algebra.

I tutor Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus I, II, and III, as well as Linear Algebra. Of these, my favorite subjects to tutor are Calculus and Linear Algebra because they build powerful frameworks for understanding change and structureconcepts that extend far beyond the classroom. I enjoy helping students see the connections between abstract theory and real-world applications.

My approach to tutoring is centered on patience, clarity, and adaptability. I aim to create a low-pressure environment where questions are encouraged and learning is collaborative. I believe that anyone can succeed in math with the right explanation and enough practice, and I enjoy finding different ways to explain a concept until it clicks.
