I am a PhD candidate in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry at Brown University, also earning a Master's in Data Science. I am passionate about tutoring because I believe education is a powerful tool for building confidence and independent thinkers. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas into digestible steps and helping students realize their potential.

I have worked with students in many settings, from mentoring in STEM programs to coaching high school football, always aiming to meet learners where they are and push them toward their goals. I tutor biology, bioinformatics, data science, Python, R, and machine learning. Biology is my favorite subject to tutor and also the subject where I hold the most expertise.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in patience, clarity, and adaptability. I focus on fostering real understanding rather than rote memorization, tailoring each session to the student's unique learning style. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy watching sports, listening to music, and passionate about using data science to solve real-world problems.
