Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Northwestern University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Global Health Studies. I have tutored students of all levels in reading comprehension and writing - outlining, drafting, and reviewin/editing essays. I enjoy tutoring a wide range of social sciences and humanities-based subjects, but I am most passionate about English and Psychology/Sociology. While at Northwestern, I also taught health education curriculum to high school students during COVID, an experience through which I gained strong virtual teaching skills and developed engaging material. I believe that becoming a strong writer is a highly transferrable skill, and I would love to support students in developing their confidence in writing. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, and trying new recipes or restaurants.
