Outside of tutoring and teaching, I live a very active and balanced life. I love spending time with my dog Rex, who keeps me on my toes and reminds me of the simple joys of life! Staying active through workouts is a big part of my daily routine, and I also have a deep appreciation for nature, whether it's going for walks, hiking, or just spending quiet moments outdoors. Music plays a big role in my life too! I enjoy playing the piano and find it a beautiful way to express creativity. Family and friends are very important to me, and I believe strong relationships are the foundation of a happy and healthy life. I'm passionate about mental health, personal development, good food, and exploring the world of nutrition, always learning how to live a little better every day.
