Hello! I am a patient and energetic UChicago and Phillips Exeter alum and National Merit Scholar, and I'm ready to turn the sections of the SAT you most dread into strengths and opportunities to demonstrate the dexterity of your mind. As someone who has graduated high school within the past decade, I understand how baffling a standardized test can feel. But I can teach the techniques I used to strip down the questions to make the answers intuitive. When it comes to standardized testing, sharp thinking will always triumph; I can help you cut through the fog of the test to reveal just how sharp you are.
I have volunteer experience teaching high school students in test prep and both essay and creative writing, and paid experience teaching reading skills to elementary and middle school students, all one to one.
I want to show you how reading and writing can be engaging and enjoyable, and don't have to be daunting.
