I am passionate about helping students because I believe that education can be a powerful tool for building confidence and opening doors to future opportunities. Watching a student grow from confusion to clarity is incredibly rewarding, and I find joy in being part of that transformation. My experience includes working with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups, both in one-on-one settings and in small group environments. I focus on creating a supportive atmosphere where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes as part of the learning process.I earned my education through a combination of formal coursework and hands-on teaching experience. I hold my bachelor's in political science. I tutor a variety of subjects, including a specialty in Math and English. My favorite subject to tutor is math and writing because it allows students to develop problem-solving skills and creative thinking, both of which are applicable across many areas of life. My teaching philosophy centers on patience, empathy, and adaptability. I tailor each session to the student's learning style and needs, using clear explanations, real-world examples, and guided practice to build mastery. My tutoring style is interactive and student-led, encouraging active participation and critical thinking.
