I am a New York native and a graduate of Virginia State University. I am a young, hardworking student that will probably be a student long past receiving my Ph.D! I have a hunger for education and will never stop learning. My experiences range from Criminal Justice and Sociology to ESL and U.S. History! I hope to share this passion for knowledge with anyone willing to listen.

I am a current special education teacher working with 6th grade science. I also have experience in implementing several strategies, modeling, demonstrating, and differential instruction into the classroom. I believe in students to learn and progress; when a student is progressing they are showing growth. I believe in individuals being life long learners; the more a person learns the more likely they are to be successful.
