I am excitedly finishing a degree in History from Indiana University and will begin my Master's in U.S. History (also through IU) in January of 2026. Currently, I work in a Montessori high school special education role, supporting learners with learning differences including ADHD, ASD, AuHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and more, in a variety of subjects. My true passion, though, is supporting learners through history and language courses. Previously, I worked in publishing for five years as an acquisitions editor, helping aspiring writers improve their creative craft and hone the grammar and mechanics skills.

I love to read nonfiction and thriller fiction, crochet, write, and create various forms of art (I'm currently obsessed with "diamond painting"!). I spend most of my free time doing one of those things, gardening with my partner and our two kids, or walking one of our five dogs!
