I am passionate about history, humanities, and all things culture and greatly enjoy supporting students through their learning journey! My current and previous students say they appreciate how I am able to help them get curious about subjects they never thought they would be interested, especially history. I am especially experienced in helping students with academic writing, thesis development and citation methods, as well course content in social studies, history, Humanities, etc. including AP. I have 20 years of experience as an educator, both high school and college level, as well as adult education. I hold a BA, double major in Classical Civilization & Humanities with a focus on music, an MA in Art History: Egyptian Art & Archaeology and graduate certification in Museum Studies.
