I earned a Bachelor of Art from City University of New York School of Professional Studies. I am a graduate student in the Master of Art program to earn my degree in Disability Studies. I have a passion for helping people. I especially enjoy providing academic support to neuro-diverse learners in subjects like math and reading. My philosophy is the more engaging and fun the learning, the more likely the student will learn and retain the information being taught. It is for this reason, I incorporate relevant games, songs, and activities to reinforce skills and differentiate instruction. While the majority of my experience was gained through internships, externships, peer tutoring, and homeschooling; I am confident I can lead students to achieve their goals.
