As a dedicated educator with a Ph.D. in Technical Writing and Rhetoric from Texas Tech University, I bring over five years of experience in both classroom instruction and one-on-one tutoring, with a strong focus on high school writing. I enjoy reading literature and philosophy, especially works by Henry James and thinkers exploring posthuman and theological questions. I’m passionate about exploring new writing techniques, studying conceptual mathematics, and staying current on educational technology and AI. Outside of academics, I spend time with my cat, May Hi, and enjoy music, visual arts, and the quiet beauty of New Orleans life.
