I have been tutoring for several years, working with students from kindergarten to 12th grade, primarily in math and English. As someone who is passionate about problem-solving, math has always been my favorite subject to teach. I find that the best way to help students grasp complex concepts is through consistent practice and repetition. Once students understand the approach to solving a specific type of problem, applying that approach to similar problems helps them master the material.

Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science at Oakland University, where I continue to deepen my knowledge of math and its real-world applications. My goal is to become an actuary, which involves using math to analyze and assess risk, particularly in the insurance industry.

Beyond academics, I enjoy playing soccer and following my favorite sports teams, including the Detroit Lions and Tigers. I believe that tutoring is not just about understanding the material, but also about building confidence and developing problem-solving skills that will serve students in all areas of life. I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive.
