I am a proud graduate of Mississippi State University and Jackson State University! I received my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Jackson State University and later continued my studies there and received my Masters of Arts in Teaching with an Emphasis in Mathematics. After graduating with my bachelor's degree, I began my teaching career teaching on the secondary level. Later I attended MSU where I studied Educational Leadership. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to do more to help students that were virtually learning and attending school on different schedules, so I began privately virtually tutoring students. This led to me tutoring not only students in school, but also adult students seeking college entrance requirements or test certifications. I sincerely believe that all students deserve the opportunity to experience success at some level in their academic studies. It is my goal to assist with that in any way that I can. Math is my passion and I want all the students I encounter to enjoy it just as much as I do!
