I hold a Master's and a Bachelor's in Vocal Performance, and have had training in conducting as well. My passions include mathematics and the physical sciences, and I have had education in these topics as a part of my early undergraduate education. I hope to create an environment where a student is able to ask questions and get alternate explanations until they are confident in the subject material. I have been a leader for the City of Eugene Dept. of Recreation in both their BEST after school program, providing enrichment and engagement for students gr. 2-5, as well as for their Fun-For-All summer program which provided activities and creative opportunities for participants under 18 years of age.
