I am a passionate teacher with 18 years of experience in education. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and English. I also have two graduate degrees- one in physical education and one in educational administration. I am currently an instructional coach for grades K-5. In my role, I help teachers plan and teach lessons and guide them toward achieving their goals for their students. I love to teach students math. It is such a rewarding feeling to help students have those light bulb moments where everything starts to click. I also enjoy reading and writing and love to help students find their voice in their own writing craft. It is so important to me that students see success in school, as it has a positive impact on the rest of their lives. In my free time, I enjoy long distance running, yoga, reading, & traveling with my family.
