I enjoy helping students reach their academic goals, encouraging them to think critically, and creating a safe space for them to express themselves. I love to see students grasp concepts that they previously struggled with and enjoy hearing about their accomplishments. I received my undergraduate degree from Alabama State University and my Master's Degree in Liberal Arts with a Concentration in English from Auburn University in Montgomery. I have been married for 6 years and together we have one son and one Pitbull. We enjoy spending time together and traveling when we can.
