Certified Tutor
This spring I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English from Columbia University. While in university, I tutored local elementary school students for the "America Reads" program and adults preparing for their GED examinations. One summer I also worked as an assistant teacher and after school tutor for middle and high school students in Tomepampa, a beautiful small town in the Peruvian Andes. My favorite subjects to teach are literature, writing, and history. I care about helping my students not only improve their grades, but also to develop a love for learning.
