I believe all people learn, but we sometimes learn differently. I have been teaching since I was a child. I grew up in our nation's capitol, and got my high school education in Washington, DC . While there I went to school with 49 nationalities of people. We were all unique and beautiful. I love the diversity of people! I received my bachelor's degree in Speech Communications and Journalism from Clark College in Atlanta, Georgia. I acquired a Master of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education at Georgia State, and my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida. My passion for the youth is the driving force behind my educational pursuits, because I wanted to be fully prepared to educate the next generation of leaders. I really believe the children are our future, because I once was, and I became a teacher because I had a few good teachers who were great for me!
