I am enthusiastic and friendly and have a strong interest in education. I have my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Phoenix. I have over 5 years' experience working as an instructional advocate and tutor. I love assisting students reaching their maximum potential. I take the necessary steps to ensure each student excels. I have worked with students ranging from Pre-K to High School age. I find myself most effective working with special needs and elementary students. I approach my tutoring session as a collaborator. This means I am working with the student to fill in the gaps of academic studies or individual, we can work through it and build the necessary skills. I have taught one-on-one and group sessions online, as well as my private sessions.

I'm a Candle Maker. I enjoy cooking more than anything else, though. I feed the homeless, regularly. I spend plenty of time with my family. We play games and dance a lot. I am a huge fan of trying new restaurants, as well.
