I'm a college student at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Sciences because I love math more than most anything. The only jobs I've ever held have been tutoring jobs, or jobs where teaching has been necessary. I enjoy teaching math and seeing students have those "A-ha!" moments. I like to see people start to understand why I like math so much, even if all they gain is an appreciation for the subject. I also enjoy tutoring in French since I've studied it since my freshman year of high school(it's been almost 10 years by now). I also help people with computer science courses from time to time, mostly in Python or Mathematica. Now, when I'm not teaching, I enjoy my personal time to reenergize with a good book. I also enjoy just hanging out.

Hobbies

I enjoy games of every kind, though I'm rather impartial to Magic the Gathering and Settlers of Catan. I will sometimes be found reading books(in French if I can find them). I also enjoy a good Youtube video, especially if it includes a good meme. I enjoy learning languages, programming or otherwise. I'm rather fond of French, though I've been very recently interested in Spanish, and I would like to improve my German at some point. I really love baseball, and some of my favorite words derive their roots from baseball(specifically the words sabermetrics and southpaw). I enjoy anything with linguistics as well as etymology. I'm just a nerdy dude who enjoys helping people.
