I recently graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Political Science. Next year, I will be moving to Lyon, France to serve as an English Teaching Assistant under the Fulbright Scholarship. At Barnard, I served as Class President, a Resident Assistant, and a tour guide, sparking my passion for mentorship roles. As President of Columbia's Inwood Academic Tutoring, I worked closely with ESL students as they applied to high schools and colleges, devising diverse strategies to prepare students with different learning styles. I carried this knowledge into my practice as a Writing Fellow at Barnard, where I tutored students on writing projects from all disciplines at every stage of the drafting process.

I am eager to facilitate a dynamic exchange of ideas between myself and my students, leading each tutoring session with the awareness that I learn as much from them as they do from me.
