Certified Tutor

I am a graduate from Radford University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Systems with a Concentration in Decision Science. During my time at Radford, I have had the opportunity to experience being a Peer Instructor for a class called University 100 where I was able to help students achieve their academic goals. I have helped answering any questions on how to communicate with professors, study skills, etc. I also assisted in helping students with any questions they had for their assignments. I have not professional tutored students, however, I have had opportunities to tutor fellow classmates and friends in different subjects and even assisted in helping with homework assists such as papers, projects, etc. During my free time, I try to learn something new, spend time with family and friends, cook, sing, dance, and learn about different cultures/current news. I believe education should be giving to all people no matter their background (i.e. race, gender, economic status, etc.), and learning skills. Knowledge is a very powerful thing and with knowledge I believe we can make a difference in the world no matter the age.
