Hello! My name is Jhair Colan and I am from Lima, Peru. I am a recent first-generation low income graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. I am a first year medical student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine! I found a passion for being a mentor and tutor since high school. Not everyone is apt and ready to take on high school and college courses, and I fully believe everyone should have a mentor who cares about personal growth. I found my mentors along the way, and they helped me tremendously. I want you to succeed but also want you to know it is okay to not do great the first time, I know I didn't. I hope to help you in any way I can academically but also professionally.
