Certified Tutor
I am a certified Elementary Education teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a minor in Spanish from the University of Tulsa. I have taught and tutored reading, math, science, and social studies in public elementary schools. Most of my experience has been in dual language education where I have taught elementary students in both English and Spanish. I also have experience teaching adult learners English as a second language with Catholic Charities. I am very confident teaching all subject matter for elementary and middle school, but I have gotten to work most with reading and math instruction and greatly enjoy teaching those subjects. I believe that all students deserve a quality education and are capable of achieving their academic goals. As a lifelong learner myself, I strive to help students succeed and discover their own love of learning.
