Hi there! My name is Anjali Valentine and I have been tutoring for ten years. I started with basic homework help as part of peer tutoring groups in high school and progressed to being a volunteer tutor as part of the National French Honor Society in high school. I have tutored a variety of grade levels, subjects, and ages ranging from pre-school all the way up to college in subjects such as elementary math, trigonometry, French, history, and writing. I am patient, nurturing, and passionate about teaching and learning and know firsthand what it is like to struggle with a subject as I had to rely on tutors as well growing up. This gave me the unique perspective of knowing both what it's like to teach a subject as well as struggle with it, and I try to break down concepts for my students so it's as easy to understand as possible. Your child will be in great hands with me as I help them realize their full potential and be the best that they can be!
