Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, with both a BA in English and a MA in Humanities, in the areas of Writing, Literature and History. I've taught at several universities overseas and in the United States. I've primarily taught Composition and Literature at the university level and have also taught English in High Schools and Middle Schools in the US, in Texas. For two years I taught English to Chinese students on an online platform, so I'm used to delivering course work in that format.

I enjoy teaching Writing and helping students to prepare for their future academic careers by giving them a tool they can use for future essays, and exams.

I've had a number of students return and thank me for helping them to be better prepared for their academic courses, allowing them to make better grades and be more confident in their abilities.

Learning is something that never stops, we learn while in school, but we'll continue to learn about people and cultures around us as we interact with the world.
