As a teacher with more than 20 years of experience, I am excited about the opportunity to apply my skills and experience as your tutor. In addition to my Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Puerto Rico and my Master's Degree in Linguistics from Louisiana State University, I also have many years of experience teaching Spanish from elementary to college level. What I learned through that experience was that to get kids to understand and speak another language, I had to make the target language and culture come to life. I like to use audio visuals to explain and understand concepts. I am passionate about teaching and helping students come to love the act of learning, and I would cherish the opportunity to transform the way you view language.
