I am currently an honors physics and mathematics student at Virginia Tech and I'm a TA for several introductory E&M classes. I tutor high school and introductory college-level physics and AP physics classes including physics 1, physics C mechanics, and physics C E&M. I love helping students because there is no greater feeling than helping someone achieve something they thought they couldn't do. I especially like tutoring physics because it is often a subject that people think they can never understand just because it's "physics" but with some guidance, I think it's something everyone can understand and appreciate. My goal is to help every student understand physics not just get the right answer and I do this by asking them questions as a way to guide them towards the answers. This allows the student to come to the answer through their own reasoning and thereby helps them understand it. Outside of academics, I enjoy running, drinking coffee, cooking, and baking.

Undergraduate Degree: Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University - Bachelor of Science, Physics
I have many different interests in academia and I like to take in as much information as possible. My main areas of interest are astrophysics and physics education research and I am currently working on a radio astronomy research project. Outside of academia, I exercise as a way to stay fit but also as a way to destress and stay sane. Running is the main source of that exercise. Outside of that, I love to cook and try different recipes and to bake as many things as I can.
