I am currently finishing my undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University studying Secondary Education and Math with a goal to be a high school math teacher! I believe teachers have an opportunity to impact their students in a positive way by providing them support, respect, encouragement, and opportunity. Our education is an important part of the person we become later in life, as students are our future activists, volunteers, and educators. If I can change just one student's life for the better, I will be happy with the work I've done.

I'm from Boston, Massachusetts (go Patriots!) so I'm a city girl at heart, but I also love the outdoors. One of my life goals is to visit all of our National Parks and be able to hike, camp, and take in the views along the way. I'm also a runner, starting with cross country and track and high school and continuing to run my first marathon in fall 2019 (hopefully more to come)!
