Bonjour! Hello! My name is Sara, and I am a passionate French teacher and yoga instructor. I have loved French since I started studying this beautiful language in high school. I studied French Education at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a yearlong study abroad in southern France. Since graduating, I have taught English in Lyon, France, worked at a French language camp in Washington state, and taught middle school French in Wisconsin. I enjoy helping others learn French by making the language and culture interesting and engaging to students. Getting to know students' interests allows me to create lessons that are relevant to them. I strongly believe that the more interested and fun lessons are, the more intrinsically motivated the student is to learn, thus leading the student to work harder and smarter. My patience, energy, and enthusiasm, as well as my knack for explaining French grammar in a clear way, make me an excellent teacher and tutor. I also received my multi-style yoga teaching certification in Goa, India in 2019. I love sharing this beautiful practice with others and helping them to improve their lives through yoga. I love helping others and getting to know people. Teaching is truly my calling!
