Certified Tutor

I am passionate about teaching and mentorship. A major driving force in my life is helping others succeed in achieving their goals. I graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Political Science. While in university, I was a peer academic and career advisor where I coached my fellow students to help them reach their academic and career goals. After finishing my B.A., I received my M.S. in Commerce (an accelerated business program) from the University of Virginia.

I am a quantitative and logical thinker who always felt at ease during my math and business courses. I find joy in not only learning how to solve problems, but also understanding WHY we solve problems in the way that we do. As a tutor, my goal is to help my students attain the same depth of knowledge in their coursework.
