Hello, I am currently a School Psychology Ph.D. student at Duquesne University who specializes in research in academic interventions to improve students' academic skills, specifically writing. I currently hold a Master's Degree in Education, Child Psychology, and a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Teacher Education Minor. It is my passion to not only tutor students, but to mentor them to be their best selves both inside and outside of the classroom. I will be graduating in May of 2022 and am currently going through the rigorous and competitive matching process to obtain a pre-doctoral internship through the American Psychological Association (APA). Upon graduation, I plan to obtain licensure to become a licensed psychologist and work as a tenure-track professor at a university.

I love to tutor students in research, psychology, writing which is my specialty and reading. However, I believe that I can help a student achieve their goals across all subject areas. I have learned various techniques through my Ph.D. program, as my specialty of school psychology focuses on helping students obtain success both inside and outside of the classroom, both educationally, socially, and emotionally. Overall, with being in college for almost ten years, I know what hard work and dedication can bring. I know that every student is unique and learns differently, so I work to shape my tutoring sessions around how that student learns best.
