I worked as a scientist in India for eleven years in the field of Biochemistry, Biology and Physiology. In Dec 2018, I moved to USA with my family. I am authorized to work in the United States.
I have a vast experience in tutoring Biochemistry to undergraduate and graduate students. I also an experience of 5 years of teaching math to elementary level students in India. My 11 years of research experience in life sciences makes me the perfect person to learn science from. For each session, I also provide notes to the students so that they can go through them anytime they like. I make science fun to learn. Apart from the school coursework, I teach science by giving examples of scientific basis underlying our day-to-day activities too. I want students (and their families) to know that they are in contact with someone trustworthy. On personal front, I was born and raised in India. I did my BS in Biochemistry from Delhi University in 2005. Then I did my MS in Biochemistry from Jamia Hamdard University in 2007 where I was the university topper of my subject and earned a gold medal. Immediately after completing MS, I joined DIPAS as a junior scientist. I worked in DIPAS for 11 years as a scientist (Jan 2008 to Dec 2018). During this period I also enrolled for PhD (Biochemistry) and was successfully awarded the degree of PhD in 2013. I worked on different scientific projects related to Biochemistry, Biology and Physiology. I have published a number of research articles in International journals of repute. As a part of my job, I used to tutor Biology, Biochemistry and Physiology to undergraduate and graduate students. I also used to teach science and math to elementary level students in part time. Teaching is my hobby. I have a first grader at home and I teach her too. :)
