I have been an Adult ESL teacher for over 30 years. I speak French and Spanish. I love teaching beginners and low literacy learners conversation skills, phonics, basic math and reading, and computer skills. I love working with kids too. The main thing is meeting students where they are, breaking down complicated concepts into bite-sized pieces, and making it fun. I'm resourceful, creative, and able to harness real life situations, objects, and pictures to get students using language in authentic ways related to their lives.
