After retiring from active duty as a Medical Service Corps officer (Microbiologist/Immunologist) I began teaching Biology at the university level, first for 18 years in East Texas and then six years in Virginia. During this later portion I published four books dealing with test preparation and helped score the AP Biology test for 10 years. I am a sport pilot and own a gyroplane, and my wife and I thrive in documenting our international travels with photography and videography. Oh, and I love teaching.
