I strongly believe that any individual; no matter how young or old, can learn and progress with the correct teacher. One needs to listen, understand and support the needs of each learner, this can be accomplished by differentiation and using the best strategies and modes of learning styles. The use of a variety of accommodations and modifications will enable any learner to feel comfortable and confident about their individual learning style, and will allow them to progress and exceed to the best of their ability. Success is shared and celebrated, when a student succeeds, each and every one of us benefits in many ways and with the students new found knowledge and the confidence to apply this knowledge in a variety of settings, his or her world has opened up a whole new range of opportunities that will span over a lifetime.
