Hello! My name is Emily Fisher. I am a graduate of Rhode Island College, with a Master's in History and Bachelor's in Secondary Education - History. I have experience working with college level and high school level students. I can't wait to work with you!
I believe that learning, like so much else in life, is a cooperative process. It requires communication, patience, and empathy on behalf of student and teacher. I believe all students are capable of succeeding, and teachers must adjust themselves according to the needs of the student. And, above all, I believe learning should be fun! A touch of humor goes a long way in making a lifelong learner.
In my free time, I love to write, play video games, and roleplay in tabletop games!
