Certified Tutor

I graduated from Stony Brook university with a major in Biology and minors in Health and Wellness and Business in May 2018. I am now a rising 2nd year medical student at NYITCOM in Old Westbury. As such, I have a true passion for lifelong learning and teaching. Outside of school, my hobbies include working out, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

I believe the true value in tutoring is not only teaching a student how to arrive at a particular answer, but instead the techniques of how to approach that problems and those that are similar for the future so that they can handle anything that is given to them. I truly try to be engaging in my sessions and motivating so that each student realizes his/her full potential. I use examples and analogies that are relatable in order to help each of my students master the material. I have extensive tutoring and teaching experience at elementary through collegiate levels.
